Is Convert a chatbot?
Not exactly. Convert is built around a guided booking flow, not open-ended chat. That said, we're developing an optional AI assistant that will let guests ask things like "what's the next long weekend with availability for three people?" and get a real answer pulled from your booking engine. When it's ready, it'll be an add-on, not a replacement for the core experience.
