  • Can I use my current domain for my new site?

    Absolutely. We’ll liaise with your current host and ensure that the switch to your new website goes as smoothly as possible. Springnest includes reliable, secure web hosting, on your own web domain.

  • Am I tied into a contract?

    We don't work with contracts, but do appreciate a 30-day notice, should you decide to cancel your Springnest website subscription. Kindly note that you can’t move your Springnest website to be hosted elsewhere.

  • Will my website be optimised to rank well on Google?

    Search engines like Google love Springnest sites. They're fast, responsive, and optimised in all the right places. With that said, SEO should be an ongoing strategic part of your marketing strategy. We set your site up to be indexed in search engines, but ongoing SEO isn’t included in Springnest’s subscription.

  • What support do you offer?

    You’re not alone. Our Help Centre, Blog, and Support team will ensure that you are on top of your digital marketing game. We do not manage your website on your behalf.
