Is there a once-off pricing option?
From our perspective, the idea of a “once-off” website project doesn't really exist. No matter how or through whom you build your website, there will be hosting, maintenance, and innovation costs you need to budget for. Springnest combines all of these services in an affordable subscription model.
Will I use my current site’s SEO value if I switch?
Chances are you’ll see immediate improvement. We do three things to ensure that we preserve the SEO value of your current site. We match or improve your meta tags, we do redirects for your domains, and we ensure that your website’s speed and mobility is optimal.
Will my website be optimised to rank well on Google?
Search engines like Google love Springnest sites. They're fast, responsive, and optimised in all the right places. With that said, SEO should be an ongoing strategic part of your marketing strategy. We set your site up to be indexed in search engines, but ongoing SEO isn’t included in Springnest’s subscription.
I already have a website, can I use my current domain for my new site?
Absolutely. We’ll liaise with your current host and ensure that the switch to your new website goes as smooth as possible. Springnest includes reliable, secure web hosting, on your own web domain.
Am I tied into a contract?
We don't work with contracts, but do appreciate a 30-day notice, should you decide to cancel your Springnest website subscription. Kindly note that you can’t move your Springnest website to be hosted elsewhere.
What type of support do you offer?
You’re not alone. Every plan includes our Help Centre, the Springnest Academy and expert, human support. On Core, you manage your own site and our team is there whenever you need a hand. On Pro, we manage it for you: send us your updates and we make them within two working days, with priority support. See our support policy for more details.
